WEBSITE & CLIENT PORTAL PRIVACY / UPDATED OCTOBER 16, 2026

Your information.
A clear purpose.

This notice covers the client inquiry, custom watch inquiry, developer application, beta tester application, and beta feedback forms, plus invitation-only client workspaces on this Tenvyro Tech website.

What you choose to share

Forms collect your name, email, country or time zone, and the details relevant to your inquiry or application. Depending on the form, this includes project requirements, a budget range, skills, a portfolio link, devices, interests, experience, and availability. Optional fields are marked.

Custom watch inquiries

The watch inquiry form collects your requested package, design direction, watch and phone models, operating-system versions, watch-face and companion-app features, style preferences, picture count, budget preference, timing, and any optional reference link. These details are saved in the private Watch inquiries inbox for compatibility review, quoting and follow-up. Your reference link is not automatically downloaded. An inquiry does not place an order or authorize payment. Only share artwork you own or have permission to use.

Landing-page inquiries

The landing-page brief collects your selected concept, business and contact details, goals, sections, integrations, available materials, budget and preferred timing. It is submitted to the same private team inbox for scope review and follow-up. The concept preview itself does not create an order.

Client workspaces

After a team member creates your workspace, you can use a one-time invitation to set your own password. The portal stores your contact and project information, draft reviews, uploaded files, messages, invoices and support conversations. These records are available to your account and authorized Tenvyro team members. Account passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes; invitation and session tokens are also stored as hashes. Invitations expire and can be replaced by the team. An account or invoice does not authorize a charge: payment instructions and engagement terms are agreed separately.

Portal files are stored privately with the hosting provider and are served only after an account-access check. Upload only files you own or are authorized to share. Uploaded files are not represented as malware-scanned; use normal care when downloading attachments. Do not include passwords, identity documents, banking credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information in a message or file. Confidential project materials should follow the confidentiality arrangements agreed with your team.

Beta feedback

The beta feedback form collects the tested app/version, test date, device and browser details, task, completion result, ratings, and any written feedback or bug report you choose to provide. Your name or tester ID is optional. This form does not ask for your email or require a sign-in. Authorized reviewers use these reports to investigate issues and improve products within the IBEV group. Feedback is stored in this site’s private team inbox and is not posted publicly. Screenshots are not uploaded through this form; you may share them separately with the team member who invited you.

How submissions are used

Tenvyro Tech uses your submission to review a possible project or team fit, contact you about that submission, and manage review and onboarding. Submitting an application does not automatically make you a team member, enroll you in a product, or add you to marketing emails.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored with the website’s hosting providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. The website’s review inbox is restricted to authorized Tenvyro reviewers. Operational hosting logs may be processed by these providers. The website also stores a one-way abuse-prevention identifier, submission timestamps, and your acknowledgment of this notice.

What to leave out

Please do not put identity documents, bank details, passwords, confidential client materials, or sensitive personal information in public inquiry and application forms. Use public or shareable work-sample links. We do not fetch the contents of links automatically.

Corrections and deletion

You may request a correction, deletion, or withdrawal by using the contact form. Include your submission reference and use the same email address if one was supplied so the team can verify the request. For feedback submitted without contact details, contact your inviting team member with the reference; the team may need additional context to verify your request. Records remain available for review until an authorized reviewer deletes them; this version does not automatically delete submissions on a schedule.

Cookies and communications

The public forms do not require an applicant account. Restricted team access uses ChatGPT sign-in, which may use authentication cookies. Client portal sign-in uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie required to keep your account signed in; signing out clears that session. Password changes and account-access changes can invalidate sessions. This site does not include advertising trackers or automatic email notifications. Follow-up is handled by the team.

Theme preferences and public search

If you choose a light or dark theme, this site stores only that preference in your browser so it can remember your choice. Selecting Device theme clears the saved preference and follows your device. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice works for the current visit. Public-page search runs in your browser using an index of public website content. It does not search client records or send your search terms to a search provider.

Before any engagement

Project terms, any developer compensation, testing scope, confidentiality requirements, and access permissions are handled separately before the relevant engagement starts.
